Ka lindur më 3.12.1960, në Novosell komuna e Vitisë . Arsimin fillor e ka krye në Pozheran, gjimnazin “drejtimi i shkencave matematiko-natyrore“ në Viti, dhe Fakultetin e Shkencave Matematiko Natyrore, degën e Fizikës në Prishtinë. Prej vitit 1986 -1991 ka punuar në shkollën e mesme “Josip Broz Tito “ drejtimi matematiko natyror në Ferizaj si profesor i Fizikës. Studimet e rregullta pasuniversitare i ka regjistruar më 1992 në Institute of Solid State Physics ( Instituti i fizikës së gjendjes së ngurtë) pranë Akademisë së shkencave të Bulgarisë në Sofi. Tezën e doktoratës e ka mbrojt në vitin 1996 me titull ”A study of nucleic acides by means of UV laser pulses” . Pasi qe e ka kryer doktoratën punoj pranë kësaj akademie deri në vitin 2001, në lëmin eksperimentale në studimin e ADN-së dhe RNA-së me anë të laserit të fuqishëm impulsiv ( pikosekond ). Interesi i ti hulumtues shkencor përqendrohet në Biofizikë, Biokimi, Mjekësi dhe në Fizikën makro-molekulare. Puna shkencore në studimin e ADN-s dhe ARN-s merr një notë të lartë nga institutet e botës për Fizikë, Biofizikë, Fotokimi dhe Fotobiologji si: Unversiteti "Rene Descartes Biomedicale" Paris, Instituti "Albert Bonniot Grenoble" ( France ), Instituti "Pierre et Marie Curie " Paris ( France ), Instituti i Fizikës "Maks Plank" në Mynhen (Gjermani) , instituti i Fizikës “Rugjer Boshkoviq” Zagreb dhe me institutet e Rusisë, ku edhe tani bashkëpunon me të gjitha këto institute. Këtë e dëshmojnë një numër i punimeve shkencore të botuara në revista më të njohura botërore, kurse të tjerat janë të botuara në revista lokale. Ka marrë pjesë në konferencat ndërkombëtare, kongrese etj. Është anëtar i shoqatës të Unionit të Fizikanëve të Bullgarisë.

2002 - Ass. Prof. në SHLP të Universitetit të Prishtinës, mësimdhënës për lëndët: Mekanika, Fizika e gazeve dhe termodinamika, dhe Teknika eksperimentale.
2005 -2009: Ass. Prof. në Fakultetin e Edukimit të Universitetit të Prishtinës, mësimdhënës për lëndët: Bazat e shkencave natyrore dhe Bazat e shkencave natyrore me metodologji.
2007-2009: Shef i programeve: Fizikë–Kimi, Biologji-Kimi, Teknologji-Informatikë, Matematikë–Informatikë, Fillor.
2009-2011: Asc Prof në Fakultetin e Edukimit, për lendet :Bazat e shkencave natyrore me metodologji. dhe Hyrje në Fizikën bashkëkohore I dhe II

2006-2010 : I angazhuar në projektin evropian në studimin e konformacioneve të ARN-s dhe ADN-s në kuadër të Akademisë Bullgare.
